A glorious day for a ride with a solid attendance at Catalano's including Koos. Lots of new faces.
12 riders zig zagged through the Bickley Valley. Carl, PK, James, Rainer, Rod Rocket Peter, Fozzie, Ivan, Raider, Robert, R90S Mark and Bozo had a break at Mundaring Weir before another pause at the Lakes. A sedate run along Great Southern Highway before a more energetic Zig down Talbot West Road as far as the York Williams Road. Zagging back to York the group Zigged on Trimmer Road at Spencer's Brook before Zagging back on the old Great Eastern Highway alignment.
A break for pies and refreshment at Bakers Hill was followed by a run on Coates Road, Government Road and Liberton Road before the ride ended at Mount Helena.
A great day out with plenty of wildflower colour on the road sides and an enthusiastic group.
