Tnx Astro. You beat me to the punch. I was just about to post a ride to Boddington. I will leave that one for another day. See you at GJ's on Thursday.

11 riders at Gloria Jeans, 18 total at Dome Byford and 14 on the ride.
Astro had kindly offered to lead us in an interesting route to the Midway Farm Stall in West Pinjarra.
So we followed him out of Byford heading South through Mundijong, Serpentine, Keysbrook and then a pleasant diversion to the toilet break at the foot of the North Dandalup Dam. Minor hiccups with corner marking were soon resolved.
Back onto the SWH with a run up Del Park, Huntly Mine and down North Spur, Alcoa Rds to rejoin the SWH into Pinjarra taking the Pinjarra to Williams, Burnside, Coolup East Rds to hook back onto the SWH.
Easy run into Waroona for a pit stop and refuelling for some. Westerly turn onto Coronation, Peppermint Grove Rds and a short run on the Forrest Hwy to the Old Coast Rd to turn right onto Southern Estuary and wind back south alongside the picturesque Estuary to Lake Clifton Rd, Forrest Hwy and turning into Paul’s Rd and the Midway Farm Stall at about 11:45am, perfect timing.
Reasonably busy but we managed to rearrange their tables in the shade and enjoy their home made goodies. Temperature around 30 degrees with a slight breeze so very comfortable as the usual banter solved the problems of the world. Goldie decided to collapse a chair with fortunately the only damage was his pie splattering onto the ground. The serving ladies quickly replaced his pie and all was well.
Some left the group after lunch to return home via Forrest Hwy whilst the more sensible followed Astro out onto Old Bunbury Rd into Pinjarra and took the usual Patterson, Corio, Hopeland, Kargotich Route to gain access to the Tonkin and head home.
Bit warmer on the Tonkin with 36 degrees and a minor delay with the bushfire around Kenwick slowing traffic.
Thanks to Astro for planning and executing an interesting and enjoyable ride and to all riders for mostly good adherence to corner marking making my TEC task too easy.
