It was a bit damp prior to leaving for GJ, although fine while having our coffees. Started to think it would only be the two of us heading to Byford but by the time to leave we were up to five riders.

At Byford the numbers grew to over a dozen. After a few cracks of thunder and rain we retreated inside. As Bozo and Lefty were absent no facebook group photo.

On departure most opted to wear their wet weather gear. After passing Pinjarra we had an early stop to remove the wet weather gear as it had fined up and we were prone to overheating. We then continued on via the usual backroads to the Harvey Harper St Bakery.

The homeward leg mostly retraced our route to Pinjarra. Then via Hopelands to home.
Thanks PeterBee for taking the lead out and home.
Another ideal day riding & great company.

Ah B/5 thanks for leading us to Dome Byford and beating me to write up the ride. A little bit of unexpected dampness leaving Byford but soon the clouds cleared for a great ride. Thanks to all with another thanks to B/5 for outstanding TEC duties.
