Hyden-Norseman Road and other Shire Roads Status
Currently the Hyden-Norseman Road is OPEN within the Kondinin Shire this includes from the Forrestania Crossroads to Victoria Rock Road


Between Victoria Rock Road & Norseman CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLES


The Shire of Dundas is undertaking major road works west of the Mort Harslett Drive/ Hyden Norseman Road intersection for 14 days starting from the 18th July to the 31st July 2011

All vehicles wishing to travel along this section of road will need to find an alternative route during this period.

Please note that the Victoria Rock Road between Hyden Norseman Road and Shire of Dundas boundary with Shire of Coolgardie is only suitable for 4WD vehicle with a maximum 3 tonne limit


The Hyden/Norseman Road (East of the East Hyden Grain Bin) is subject to the following:
Hyden to Forrestania Cross Road - OPEN

Forrestania Cross Road to Norseman - As per above.

The Section of Carstairs Road from the State Barrier Fence to the Marvel Loch-Forrestania Road:

Carstairs Road - Open

Marvel Loch Road - Open

We advise that Drivers should drive to the conditions of the road, when it is open.
