Stolen Ute
Hey Gavin, did you get your Ute back yet ?
Re: Stolen Ute
Hi Lefty,
So far, there hasn't been any word from the cops, but given all the excitement they have had over the last few days, that doesn't really come as any surprise. I've been on to the insurance company and set the wheels in motion with them, but, to be honest, I would rather have the ute than the loot.
Thanks for the concern mate.
Gav.

Re: Stolen Ute
In other clubs I've been in (4WD) someone patrols the car park whilst the meeting is on.

Re: Stolen Ute
I had a call from the cops at Joondalup today, to say they had found the ute, intact, being driven by a woman with a doped up crackhead beside her. From the sounds of it, there has not been any damage done to it, although there are bits and pieces missing from inside. The cops are doing forensic tests on it tomorrow, because the woman says she doesn't know anything about it being stolen and they need to see who else may have pinched it. We will see. They are going to call tomorrow, with a bit of luck and I will be able to go and pick it up.
A better result than I had anticipated, that's for sure.
Gav.
