Swampy you could come down Saturday night to nurse my wounds
After all the road to the site is almost sealed - you could ride in without getting dust on your bike!!

Re: BMW GS Training Course - Stay Upright
I was planning travelling along Sth Western Hwy, right into Waterloo Road, left into Boyanup-Picton Rd then down into Kirup and out to site from there. 1200hrs is the latest I wanted to leave Perth, From memory Jon you are in northern suburbs so meet somewhere over my side - say Catalanos for convenience but open to suggestions that make it easier for all. I am staying at the Kabins just up the road form the course. Chris??

Subject: West Coast Trail Bike Park - Final Information for 5 - 8 October 2012 - don't forget your firewood!
Hi Everyone
Thanks for booking into our Riding Park for this weekend, 5, 6, 7 & 8 October 2012.
To make the induction process easier on the morning of your trail ride, I have attached some General Rules and Induction Information. If you are the main contact for your group, can you please make sure this information is passed onto all riders. If you cannot make it, can you please let me know.
Please have a read through the Induction Information so that you and your families/friends are familiar with what will be discussed at the Induction. Inductions will be held each morning at 8:45, 10 & 11am. The gate will be open from 7:30am each morning and closed once everyone booked in has arrived. Thursday night campers can arrive between 4:30pm & 8pm. If you cannot make it by 8pm, please come down on Friday morning.
Please note that any novice riders who do not have control of their bike/clutch/brakes etc, will need to ride/learn in a separate riding area before being allowed to ride in the general riding areas. Please bring this to our attention when signing in.
Just in case you need directions to the park, they are as follows:
From Bunbury travel south on the South West Highway through Boyanup, Donnybrook and Kirup. About 2-3km south of Kirup turn right onto the Cundinup-Kirup Road - it is signed. Travel down the Cundinup-Kirup Road for about 15kms, turn right at Mailman Road. Mailman is a gravel road. Follow Mailman Road, then onto Gardiner Road, follow Gardiner Rd until the end (it’s about 3kms long), the park is at the end of the road.
OR
From Margaret River travel through to Busselton and take the Busselton Bypass. From the Busselton Bypass turn onto the Vasse Hwy towards Nannup. When you see ‘The Maze’ on your right hand side, turn your next left – should be Cundinup Road. Follow Cundinup Road for about 10kms, then turn left onto the Cundinup-Kirup Road (it is not sign posted – the sign just says ‘South Western Hwy’). Follow this road for another 10kms, then turn left onto Mailman Road (there will be a WCTBP Sign on the road). Follow Mailman Road, then onto Gardiner Road all the way to the gate.
Once at the property, please follow the signs to the 'Track’ and register at the office before you proceed to the camping bay or day parking area. Everyone will need to sign our Indemnity Form and make their final payment, if not already done prior.
Please make sure that if you are hiring bikes or gear, that you have rang me and paid for everything upfront. The gear doesn’t get transported out to the Park, unless it is paid for prior.
Please make sure you bring ample drinking water, food and are prepared for hot or cold weather. We are struggling to keep up with the demand for fire wood, so please bring some with you if you want to have a fire, or you can buy a wheelbarrow load for $10.
If you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact us and we look forward to meeting you all on the day(s). As mobile phone reception is limited at the Park, if you need to contact us and cannot get through, try texting me on 0429 825 775 and I will get back to you ASAP. Our Satellite Phone number for emergencies only is 0011 8816 2247 7473.
Regards
