ANNUAL DINNER SATURDAY 18th JULY

The Annual Dinner will be held at the Jennacubine Tavern Steak House on Saturday the 18th July. 7:oopm
It is on Collins Rd Jennacubine between Toodyay and Goomaling.
I have heard the food here is excellent!


There will be a 'Door Prize' donated by BMW Australia, probably a jacket, similar to the ones donated in the past.
To be eligible for the 'Door Prize' , you will need to have paid your 2009/2010 membership fees, and of cours, be at the Dinner.
The meal and refreshments will be at your cost, (APROX.$12for entree, $26 + for mains, and $8 for desserts) with the Club hiring the Local Hall, where you will be provided a cooked breakfast if desired, on the Sunday morning. Swags can be laid out in the Hall, or if you are really quick, you may be able to get a share room.
Please let me , or another Committee Member know, as soon as possible, if you are attending the Dinner, so we can finalise the booking.

Hello to all,
I have just joined your club and so I am a "newby". I intend to be at the Annual Dinner at Jenucubine with the darling wife. However, she who must be adored does have an allergy to cold floors and so she has determined that to attend she will most likely follow along in the car with said swag and blankets.
So, Mr President and or other committee members, unless unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending, please allow for two more bodies at the AGM dinner and overnight in the hall for sleeping and breakfast.
