I am planning a route to Jennacubbine that will cover a distance of about 160km on sealed roads.
I spent a fair amont of time in the area and thought I would take a more indirect route and cover some of the lesser used country roads for most of the trip.
If you would like to tag along I will leave farrells midday so be early with a full tank of fuel for those challenged in the fuel department as I dont envisage seeing to many gas sation once we leave the city limits.
It will take a couple of hours and so have water and refreshmnets with you as a road side stop will be had along the way.
Cheers

Re: The Not so Straight Way to Jennacubbine
The not so straight way saw 6 riders meet at Farrels and depart for Jennacubinne at about 12.20, coutesty of a round of free coffees from Farrels as they forgot one of the orders for about 3/4 of an hour and decide to shout us around of coffee.
The group travelled via the West Swan road and Chittering Valley to stop at Bindoon Bakery for lunch. After a quick break the riders took the Moora road to Mogumber and then turn toward New Norcia. After picking up a loaf of New Norcia Fruit Bread we headed for Yerecion on the one lane sealed road. From Yerecoin the riders turned south toward Calingiri and Bolgart. South of Bolgart the ride turned off at Beejording and headed for Irishtown then turned north to Wongamine and then along the Toodyay Goomaling road to the Jennacubine turn off and on to the Tavern. About four hours of riding on quiet country roads with a very beautiful fresh green look. The farmers where all out spreading fertiliser on crops in anticipation of the rain. Out of New Norica we saw Turbo Thrush crop duster loading for his next run, luckily he was on the ground as I think he may have suprised some of us had he come in to land as we were riding along.
Isabele, Mike and Ben and where aready at Jennacubine and then more arrived just afterwards.
A good safe ride for the day.
Thanks to the riders
Cheers
Anthony
