Group Camel is heading for the outback on Thursday at 9:30 am from Scarborough.

Day 1 is a 420 km run through the wheatbelt ...Bindoon, Moora, Carnamah and Mingenew arriving in Dongara around 4 for a sundowner. A beach front chalet has been booked at the Dongara Dennison Caravan Park.

Day 2 is a 545km blast up the highway to Carnarvon. A room has been booked at the Best Western in Carnarvon.

On Saturday morning we catch up with Group Billabong at the BP Outback Travel Centre, Brown Range at 10:00 am and head to the Gascoyne Races. Some are camping and some have booked at the Gascoyne Tavern.

On Sunday we head 609 km to Kalbarri and then on Monday the 589 km home to Perth.

A well paced ride that will include visits to Coffee Shops and IGAs.

Let me know if you are tagging along.

Colin

I was looking at the Murchison River Caravan Park. The Palms looks good value.

Just been talking to Robin.
He wants to know is there a prize for the longest distance travelled to get there?
