Seven BMW Riders headed to the hills after breakfast at Catalanos.
There were hundreds of motorbikes around Midland making their separate ways to the Motorcycle Fair at York.
We deviated along Campersic Road to Brigadoon and took the Lancewood Road link to Berry Road.
A few metres in to O'Brien Road and the group struck the State Open Cycling Championships. Bozo seems to have a knack of finding good motorcycling roads jammed full of cyclists.
Toodyay was full of motorbikes as we took a break at the Coca Cola Cafe before heading to Goomalling. Some very kwik kwakkas (nimble ninjas) roared past us on the way to Goomalling.
From Goomalling we took the Meckering Road past Southern Brook then via Quellington to York. Near Quellington we rode through a controlled fire only metres away from flames higher than the bikes and creating a burning heat on exposed skin. Arriving at York just before 1:00pm the Fair was in full swing with over a thousand motorbikes scattered through the town. Auto Classic were there and had a R nine T that was receiving a lot of attention.
Great to get out into the country...hopefully Bozo's next ride will avoid major cycling events.

I don't believe you. Ninjas aren't that quick. I know they would have been doing the correct legal road speed.Bozo wrote:Some very kwik kwakkas (nimble ninjas) roared past us on the way to Goomalling.
.
Most problems can be solved with a suitable application of throttle!
